How do I know which package to order?

We currently offer three packages:
Simple Soups - for anyone who needs easily digestible foods such as new moms, seniors, those recovering from surgery or illness and those who need a digestive reset
Wellness - for anyone who wants to maintain physical, mental and emotional well-being
Feed Your Family - perfect for families! Enjoy a variety of foods to nourish your whole family's minds and bodies

How many meals are in each package?

It depends how hungry you are! The smaller packages are designed to help supplement your regular cooking, where some of the larger packages may be enough for the entire week. In general:
Simple Soups : 8 - 10 servings of soups/broth each week
Wellness : 6 - 8 servings each week
Family : 10 - 12 servings each week

Can I try before I commit to a Subscription?

Of course! If you’re new to our service, you may want to consider a one-time order. Just turn off the Subscription toggle at checkout, and you can place an a la carte order. There is a $50 minimum for a la carte orders. Delivery will be in compostable containers.

How does the Subscription work vs. a la carte?

If you want to join the Subscription program, it is a 3-week minimum commitment. As a subscriber, you get a 10% discount on your weekly order, and we will deliver in reusable glassware. Each week, we’ll pick up the glassware when we deliver your next order. You can subscribe for one of our packages, or subscribe with an a la carte order with $50 minimum. You decide what’s best for you!

(Note: if you need to cancel before the 3-week minimum, please email us. We will charge you the 10% difference for the subscription discount as well as a delivery fee to pick up remaining glassware).

What happens if I am out of town for one of my subscription deliveries?

Simply hit Pause on your subscription before 10am on Friday. Resume when you are ready!

Can I choose my delivery day?

In an effort to be efficient with our deliveries, we will deliver once a week, which will be specified on the order page. As we expand, we will offer more delivery options.

When should I place my order?

Orders placed by 10 am on Friday will be delivered the following week on Wednesday.

Do you deliver to my area?

We currently deliver from the greater Denver area to the Boulder area and towns in between.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is $15 to the Denver and Boulder areas.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Many of our dishes are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and/or nut-free. However, we do share a commercial kitchen that may include typical allergens. Please let us know before you place your order if you have specific restrictions and we'll do our best to accommodate.

I would like to buy this as a gift for someone. Can you coordinate delivery with them?

Absolutely! Email us and we can coordinate. Alternatively, you can purchase a gift card that you can give directly to the recipient. Click ORDER and scroll down to GIFT.
